About This Quote
Many of us have been hurt by the people we love. In some cases, the pain was unintentional on their part. But, in most cases, it was on purpose. In many cases, the pain was not even on the person who inflicted the pain.
In some instances, it was a friend or family member doing something very hurtful without thinking. Sometimes we can feel pain that we don’t understand and we might not even recognize the source of that pain. However, if we can reach out and ask for help and be open with our feelings and what we need, then we can gain power over that storm and become stronger and more resilient for future storms.
